The Company has two plant locations. The PA plant is located in a small local community about 20 minutes outside of Pittsburgh. Our sister plant is located in a growing community 40 minutes outside of Atlanta, Ga. It is an easy commute for both from all directions. Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Coordinator: Assists the Maintenance Manager in coordinating the day-to-day work activities of the maintenance department operations for the Cumming facility and ensures that these department objectives are met along with project, cost, quality and safety factors to enhance the operating efficiency of the organization. Directly supervises hourly maintenance staff in completing assigned work. This function includes the following segments: Physical Assets, Computerized Management System (CMMS), Wastewater Treatment, Projects, Environmental Issues, Human Resources, Safety and ISO 14000 compliance.
Education and Experience: This position requires the minimum of a high school education or GED equivalency, however, a higher level of education from a technical or trade school or a degree in a related field is preferred. This position requires at least two (2) to four (4) years of related experience with degree and four (4) to seven (7) years of experience without degree. Demonstrated supervisory and technical skills commensurate with the years of related experience are acceptable. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and ISO 14000 standards and AutoCad design software is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of a computer maintenance management data entry system/work order software and Microsoft Office or similar computer software is required.

Production Coordinator: Supervise the day-to-day department production operations for the Arnold facility and ensures that these department objectives are met along with project, cost, quality and safety factors to enhance the operating efficiency of the organization. This function includes the following segments: Product Processing (Raw, Forming/Cooking and Packaging), Information Reporting, Projects, Human Resources and Safety.
Education and Experience: This position requires the minimum of a high school education or GED equivalency, however, a higher level of education in Business, Management, Food Science, or related field is preferred. At the coordinator level, this position requires at least zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience with degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience without degree. At the lead coordinator level this position requires at least three (3) to five (5) years of related experience with degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience without degree. Supervisory experience in an unrelated field will also be considered. Knowledge of computer data entry programs such as Adage and Microsoft Office or similar office software programs is preferred, but not required.

Quality Management Technician: Monitors product, production and sanitation processes through a variety of established quality specifications and sanitation procedures to assure product quality and food safety for the Arnold facility. Ensures that department objectives are met along with project, cost, quality and safety factors to enhance the operating efficiency of the organization. This function includes the following segments: Production Area, Raw and Finished Product, Equipment Sanitation, Information Reporting, Projects, Human Resources and Safety.
Education and Experience: This position requires the minimum of a high school education or GED equivalency, however, certification or a higher degree in Food Science, Biology or related field is preferred. This position requires at least zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft office or similar computer software is required.

Production Operator/Sanitation Operator/Maintenance Technician: Works anywhere along the production process to ensure a high quality product. This position has a lifting requirement of 40 lbs and must work in cold temperatures. This is a union environment with standard shifts and rotating shifts available, Monday through Friday.
Education and Experience: This position requires the minimum of a high school education or GED equivalency.
